Perception

PERCEPTION REACTION

We all struggle in life with stress. Stress is not going anywhere with out you. Stress is a permanent reality in life. There is nothing wrong with a person if stress is in their life. The problem is the reaction to stress. We all have some level of fear and insecurity.
Most of us do not understand our perceptions and how they impact our reactions.
Those of us who are not proud of our reactions, tend to suppress how we react. Attempting to compensate due to embarrassment.
Suppression is extremely toxic to the body, it is the number one cause of chronic long term illness. When suppressing our nature or how we feel, it effects the organs and bodily function. The body, as with all life, is in a constant state of motion. Suppression restricts that movement. When motion is restricted in the body, the body starts to shut down in those areas.
Understanding what is happening, it becomes attainable to help oneself. Help is not far away and does not require years of work.
Help starts with analyzing perceptions and learning new ones.
Once perceptions are fully understood and new ones are developed, reactions begin to change all on their own.
Typically the focus is on behavior and trying to change it. Such an approach as can be understood from above, is fruitless and toxic. It requires a very disciplined mind to control ones behavior. Most of us do not have that. When perception is understood no self limiting control is required, so there is no longer any suppression.
We are not discussing forcing oneself to do something even though they do not really want to. Here we are specifically discussing how perceptions effect behavior. The source of most if not all subconscious behavior, is a reaction to ones perceptions.
Perceptions are formed from genetics, soul vibration and environment. An individuals upbringing forms their perceptions. The environment in a child's life is also reacting to the child and in turn effecting the child's perceptions. It is a feedback loop system. Which came first, nobody knows. It is up to the adult individual to break the loop and reeducate themselves.
